How do I go about opening up my senses?

the best way is to be in the flow, in the present. Where you’re totally in the flow, you have heighened (more) awareness than usual.
Bu the simple fact of stepping back and changing perspective, you’re going to notice different things.
I often take the exemple of someone yelling at another person. The person yelling might think he’s right and it’s totally legetimate to yell but if he’d change perspective and put himself into the listener shoes, he would feel like a fool, like a crazy person, or guilty. know what I mean.
Changing perspective (the NLP technique is called the 3 perceptual positions) is very powerful to elicit other visuals, other feelings that we absolutely CAN’T notice if we don’t change perspective at all
Thanks

I appreciate it. Can download it so that I can share it with other friends who doesn’t have an internet or are not capable of accessing the net. It’s worth sharing. As I said on my endorsement to my friend in Facebook: ” Give it a try…Nothing to loose! All Gain!”

This was helpful. I would like to also see a video of a role play where you are helping another person go through this. I would like to see how they follow this process. It would be great if you did this several times, each with a different person who has a different goal.
